One of my former professors at UCSD, Ricardo Dominguez, is currently under "investigation" by the UCSD campus and auditors. Professor Dominguez is under investigation because of his Virtual Sit-In that was performed on one of the campus websites. Virtual Sit-Ins are part of the reason Professor Dominguez was hired and given tenure for in the first place, but now the University seeks to strip him of tenure.
